DIRECTIONS to Chamber of Commerce: 58 Spencer Highway, South Houston, TX 77587. From Houston, take I-45 South to Exit 35 (Airport Blvd/South Houston). Turn left under freeway headed due East onto College Ave. Cross railroad tracks, College Ave. becomes Spencer Highway. Chamber office is located on the right, past Texas Avenue at Spencer Highway.
